| Digital Deposit Deposit checks right from your computer -- without ever going to the bank. Using a small scanner that sits on your desk top, you can scan all of your checks. Then, user-friendly, easy software creates a deposit ticket and sends your balanced deposit directly to us for credit the same day. Plus, you get detailed reports for future reference and research. Lockbox Processing Your accounts receivable payments are sent directly to a special, designated bank post office box, where they are recorded and deposited to your account the day they are received. ACH Origination (Direct Deposit) With automatic and paperless payroll payments, you can save time and money and prevent lost or stolen checks. ACH Origination (Funds Collection) This service makes it possible for you to set up automatic draft payments from your customers on funds due to your business. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) With EDI, your payments and collections are electronically initiated and processed, and are accompanied by the information (addenda record) applicable to the transaction. Visa/MasterCard Merchant Processing & Point of Sale (POS) With American Bank as your credit card processor, you receive seamless collection along with low transaction fees. And you can purchase electronic processing equipment on a 12- or 24-month interest-free payment plan. Add POS capabilities to use debit cards or ATM cards for very little cost. EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System) If your business is required to make electronic tax payments, American Bank can help you set up the ACH Credit option for these payments to the IRS. Wire Transfer You may electronically transfer funds between financial institutions quickly and efficiently with wire transfers. Banking Hours/Same Day Credit Banking hours are important because they allow you more time to do your job and still get to the bank to receive credit for your deposit that day. The Mini-Bank and Motor Bank at our location at 5120 S. Padre Island Drive, Corpus Christi, are open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. for same day credit Monday through Friday. These and most other branch locations are also open from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturday and on most holidays for next business day credit to your account. View hours for all locations.
