American Bank recently added a four-person Private Banking team to its growing San Antonio presence. The group of experienced bankers joins American Bank after working together for many years at other San Antonio area banks, where they advised high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
The new private banking team – Jerry Daniel, Jeff Hawthorn, Anthony Perez, and Diana Cervantes – will office out of American Bank’s San Antonio 281 branch, located at 12800 San Pedro Avenue. They will report to Byron Bexley, American Bank’s Vice Chairman for San Antonio.
“These talented banking professionals joined American Bank in large part due to our strong reputation as a client-first organization,” said Bexley. “They know American Bank is growing and we are committed to enhancing our wealth management and private banking offering for San Antonio clients. I’m excited to have such an experienced, close-knit team. I know they’ll bring immediate value to our clients.”
“We’ve made no secret that we’re looking to hire the best bankers in Texas to advise and support our clients,” said Donette Stubblefield, American Bank’s Chief Banking Executive – Commercial and Wealth. “This team of bankers has a proven track record of delivering a white-glove client experience and helping clients reach their banking and wealth management goals. Jerry, Jeff, Anthony, and Diana are excellent additions to our commercial and wealth team, and I’m excited for them to lead our expansion of private banking in San Antonio.”
