American Bank Establishes New Regional Board for San Antonio

American Bank recently announced the appointment of seven new members to its San Antonio Regional Board. Joining the San Antonio Regional Board for American Bank are:
- Brad Badger, Vice President of Cisneros Miramontes, LLC.
- Shane Barbee, Chief Operating Officer of Eco-Soil Stabilizers.
- Rachel Farley, Owner of M&M Premier Lending, LLC.
- Joey Guerra, Owner of Integrated Realty Group.
- Cody Knowlton, President and CEO of the Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio.
- Keith Leslie, President and CEO of Full Armor Group.
- Eli Woolsey, President of Woolsey Construction.
The new board members join Byron Bexley, American Bank Vice Chairman for San Antonio, who will chair the bank’s San Antonio Regional Board, Manny Ruiz, Market President for American Bank – San Antonio, and Joe Petet, American Bank’s Vice Chairman for Central Texas.

About Brad Badger
Badger is Vice President of Cisneros Miramontes, LLC, an investment firm owned by former San Antonio Mayor Henry Cisneros and his partner Victor Miramontes. In his role, he oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, including the acquisition, development and management of commercial and residential real estate assets along with oversight of the staff. Following his 11-year professional football career with the Commanders, Vikings, Raiders, and Cardinals, Badger joined Northwestern Mutual for three years as a financial advisor. He also previously worked for the Oakland Raiders as Corporate Sponsorships Manager. Badger is a graduate of Stanford University.
About Shane Barbee
Barbee is Chief Operating Officer of Eco-Soil Stabilizers (ESS), a Groundworks Company. ESS has led the construction industry in clay soils stabilization for more than a decade. The firm’s soil stabilization injection technology is the most tested and trusted method of clay soil stabilization recommended by geotechnical engineers in Texas. Barbee is also co-owner of 7 Bar Erosion, an erosion control company operating in Central Texas that services the erosion control needs of large developers and national builders from Austin to San Antonio. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a degree in Agricultural Economics.
About Rachel Farley
Farley is the owner of M&M Premier Lending, LLC. With more than 20 years in the mortgage industry, her driving force is helping her clients achieve their goal of home ownership. Farley’s career began in the mortgage banking industry, where she created a niche in the custom home market. She focuses on building long-term relationships with her clients, which has been the key to her success. Farley also serves on the Board of Directors for the Richard L. Burdick Foundation. A native Texan, Farley earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and business management from Texas State University.
About Joey Guerra
Guerra is owner of Integrated Realty Group-IRG Companies in San Antonio. He has more than 38 years’ experience in real estate brokerage, acquisition, and development. He has developed various asset types of real estate in the San Antonio Bexar County and New Braunfels Central Texas areas. Primary focus has been single-family and master planned developments. Guerra serves in many volunteer leadership roles, including as an elder at Friendship Church, as Chairman of the Board of Last Chance Ministries, an inner city non-profit, serving the needs of the under privileged, and he is on the board of White Stone Ministries, an orphanage located in Cuidad, Acuna, across from Del Rio, Texas. Guerra attended San Antonio College and the University of Texas at San Antonio.
About Cody Knowlton
Knowlton is President and CEO of the Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio. He began this role in 2012, following an 18-year career in higher education fundraising and development at Baylor University, where he completed his service as the Senior Executive Director in University Development. Baptist Health Foundation of San Antonio fosters and funds not-for-profit health related needs and causes throughout Bexar County and contiguous counties in South Texas, while honoring God and their Baptist heritage. Cody received his BBA and MBA degrees from Baylor University.
About Keith Leslie
Leslie is President and CEO of Full Armor Group, a management and coaching company for high profile Christians founded in 2003. He began his career with JP Morgan Chase, where he eventually served as Vice President in the bank’s Wealth Management group. He also spent two years in the same role with Bank of America San Antonio before joining Momentum Sports Group as Chief Financial Officer. Leslie’s experience with corporate finance and private wealth management served him well as Momentum Sports Group represented sixty-five professional athletes. He has served in fractional C-level roles in the entertainment, IT, hospitality, and medical industries. He also co-founded Novum Partners in 2021, to provide back-office services to nonprofits nationwide. Leslie currently serves in several advisory roles for non-profits and city-wide initiatives. He holds a degree in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Houston Christian University.
About Eli Woolsey
Woolsey is President of Woolsey Construction, a general contractor with 20 years of extensive experience in construction management and real estate development, primarily focusing on design-build commercial construction. As the firm’s founder, he has successfully led the visioning, creation, and implementation of management systems for construction projects, development partnerships, and master planning initiatives for many clients. Woolsey also has served as an adjunct professor in the engineering and construction science department at Texas State University, teaching various courses. Dedicated to giving back, Woolsey Construction has supported nonprofit organizations, led fundraisers, and constructed facilities for CASA, River City Advocacy, Lighthouse of the Blind, Appleseed Apartments, and initiatives sponsored by the Food Bank and The McKenna Foundation. Woolsey earned his master’s degree in construction science management from Texas State University.
