Account Information

With 24-Hour Bank-By-Phone, you can access balance and transaction information on all the deposit and loan accounts on which you are the primary owner.  (You are the primary owner if your name is listed first on the account.)

Transfer Funds

You can move funds between the American Bank accounts that you have set up with transfer capability, without a fee.  Make your transfer by 7 pm Central Time on the business day you want credit for the funds in another account and the transfer wil be immediately reflected in your Available Balance.  Any transfers performed after 7 pm Central Time will be processed the next business day.

Change or set up account-to-account transfers conveniently, through the E-Registration process.

Need to find us?  24-Hour Bank-By-Phone provides information on banking offices, hours and ATMs, so you can easily find us and stay in touch.  Get branch addresses, lobby and Motor Bank hours, weekend hours, ATM information, and cut-off times for deposits to be credited the same business day.

Report a Lost or Stolen Check, Check Card or ATM Card

Need to report a lost or stolen check, Check Card or ATM card?  From Bank-By-Phone, you can easily transfer to Customer Service during business hours, or when we’re not in, leave an emergency message in our after-hours mailbox for a prompt response the next business day.
