Your first login requires 2-step verification (phone call or text). Your User ID and password remain the same.
You'll be able to access Zelle® from your desktop and customize your dashboards!
Mobile Banking will be updated later this year. Stay tuned!
What's Changing
While the core functionality remains the same, we've made a few small but mighty improvements!

Alerts
Your online banking alerts will now come from [email protected]. You will need to reconfigure custom alerts, such as balance notifications. Security alerts, like password changes and online statement availability, will continue as usual. Additionally, more customizable alert options are now available to enhance your banking experience.

Memos
You can now add memos to your transfers in online banking while scheduling your transfer. Memos will no longer be added to posted transfers.

Accounts and Balances
You will no longer have access to information for closed accounts in online banking. Hide/Show accounts will not be reflected in the Mobile App. So, if you have a closed account it will show in the mobile app but will not show in the online platform.
You will not be able to see your overdraft balance on the balance details page.
If your account nicknames do not transfer, you can still customize your account nickname.

Bill Pay
Scheduled bill payments will now be accessible exclusively through the Bill Pay section, rather than the scheduled transactions screen. Additionally, you will no longer receive text message alerts for Bill Pay.

Loans
Clients with loan accounts in online banking will now have access to External Transfer capability.

Personal Finance Management (PFM) Tool
The PFM widget will now be conveniently displayed on your dashboard. To ensure everything works smoothly, you may need to reconnect your other financial institutions using your login information. Users with previously hidden or closed accounts within PFM will need to delete or hide those accounts.

Intuit
Quicken and Credit Karma may require you to reconnect your American Bank account.
