To report your Check Card or ATM Card lost or stolen during regular business hours, please contact one of our Customer Service DirectLine numbers listed above. If you realize that your Check Card or ATM Card has been lost or stolen after business hours during the week or on the weekend, please call MasterCard at (800) 528-2273 (for lost or stolen Check Cards only).

It is important that you report a missing card as soon as possible to help prevent or limit fraudulent use.
