I’ve been a mortgage loan officer for more than 30 years. Throughout this time, I have remained committed to providing a “best-in-class” experience for my clients. My mortgage lending career started more than 27 years ago, and I’m proud that most of my career has been with American Bank.

Now leading our Community Development Department, I’m able to work with local community partners to expand financial literacy and to further American Bank’s commitment to serving our community with affordable mortgage loan products. I’ve had the honor of serving on local Boards that focus on affordable housing and have been extremely honored to receive awards from the Independent Bankers Association of Texas for financial literacy efforts and the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors for Affiliate of The Year.

I am a born and raised Corpus Christi native. I married my high school sweetheart, and we enjoy listening to live music and experiencing all the things our beautiful city by the Bay has to offer. And most of all, we love to spoil our grandchild.

I've been a mortgage professional in my hometown of Corpus Christi for more than six years. And at American Bank, I get to use my experience and commitment to service to make sure my clients receive the best mortgage product that suits their unique needs. I handle every loan as if it were my own. My focus is to make the home buying process an easy and stress-free experience for all my clients.

When not assisting clients, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my family and friends. Filled with excitement, I welcome you and look forward to working with you as your lender.

My career started in the title industry, but I soon transitioned to helping people with their mortgage needs. Now more than 30 years later, I can say I've learned the mortgage industry from the ground up. It's fun and rewarding for me to help clients buy their homes. 

I'm a member of both the San Patricio County Association of Realtors and the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors. Over the years, I've been recognized as the ‘Affiliate of the Year’ in San Patricio three times. And the Corpus Christi Association of Realtors awarded me the ‘Affiliate of the Year’ in 2018.

I have several years’ experience in the banking and financial services industry, so you can count on me to help make your home dreams happen! As a graduate of Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, I still live in Corpus with my husband, two children, a dog, a cat and some fish. When I’m not busy helping clients with their mortgage needs, I spend time with my family enjoying our Sparkling City by the Sea!

I'm passionate about building relationships with clients who are ready to build their dream home. Having been a lender in Austin since the mid-1980s, I bring a wealth of expertise to the loan process and strive to make the experience stress free for each client.

As an ABOR approved instructor, I have taught courses on Building a Custom Home to Realtors and agents. I prioritize the needs of each client while providing excellent service which has made me the “go to” referral source for many builders in the Austin market. I'm happy to be a resource to anyone contemplating construction financing.
